Refunds

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us for a refund authorization # within 15 days. Return merchandise in its original condition and original packaging within 15 days. Sorry we cannot refund shipping charges. As soon as we receive the returned merchandise we will credit your credit card and mail a receipt.

Returned and Refused Merchandise

All claims of damage or shortage must be reported within 15 days of receipt. Please keep all damaged boxes for freight claims. Merchandise refused or returned without preauthorization will be subject to return freight charges.

Emergency Substitutions

Lasting Creations reserves the right to substitute botanicals in blends if availability becomes an issue. The substitution will be of greater or equal value.

Most of our products ship within 48 hours. All orders are shipped from N. Conway NH using UPS or US postal mail.
